About Me

My specialty is DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), which focuses on building skills that help you manage intense emotions, get out of self-destructive patterns, and work on important relationships in your life. Additionally, I use CPT (cognitive processing therapy) in the treatment of trauma in a contained and safe way.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, hopeless or stuck, it is my passion and interest to help my clients work through this. Often we find ourselves going through the motions of our day but feeling like things will never change; this is no way to live. When we work together in your therapy, we will identify what behaviors and stuck ways of thinking are getting in your way, and identify your goals, your values and your "why" for prioritizing yourself and getting the help you deserve.
